Simple egg puli curry palakkad style

Heat oil in a pan, crack mustards, add chilly, curry leaves, ginger, fenugreek and green chillies, saute it well, next add masalas, mix it well, then add tamarind juice with grinded coconut, add more water and allow it to boil, next break eggs into the curry, cook 5 more minutes. Tasty puli curry ready.
