Ingredients

Ration rice -1 glass

Boiling water

Salt

Preparation

Soak rice in boiled water for 4 hrs, then grind in less water and make a fine paste. Pour the batter in a cotton towel then fold and tie it, wipe out wet by using a news paper, continue this process untill the batter become soft dough, then knead it well, take small portion of dough flattern it by using a plastic wrap, and cook in a tawa.
